This is just the best book. I loved it to bits. I cook like this anyway but hadn't seen a cookbook in years which recognised and honoured it! marvellous.
elizabethm- I already own 2 of her books and love them,many pages are splattered and dogeared.So far I am in love with this new book and know we will put it to good use. Like you I already cook the same way but it is nice to have a book that reflects so many of my own ideas about food.
