Oh my goodness! This has just hit my Must Make list. I don't know if any of you love Sriracha but we do.I don't mind buying it but nay time we can do for ourselves it is even better.

I'm embarrassed, but while I hear about Sriracha, I don't really know what it is.
ReplyDeleteOh Margaret,don't be embarrassed. Sriracha is orange-red Asian hot sauce with a rooster on its label.It's a tall bottle with a pointed cap, most of the time the cap is green (maybe? Did I over think that one ?...)
ReplyDeleteIf you dine at Asian restaurants where the condiments are out on the table you might have seen it.Some of our local taco trucks have it as well. It has become mainstream enough that most grocery stores have it with the other Asian foods.
We eat Sriracha on anything we want to be hot.I like having spicy condiments around,the boys don't always want their food as hot as Chance and I would like.Sriracha is a good all purpose sauce.
